    @VirMach any updates on my VPS? It supposed to have 6GB but has much less. It is less attractive with 2.75GB at that price :(

    For the record I installed ubuntu 20.04 server off of a live cd. It had prompted me to type in a mirror server but I didn't know at the time, does anyone know what Virmach's ubuntu mirror is?

    If it happens AFTER you click control panel button, it's normal. If not, it's not normal anymore as we patched the main issue.

    Either way, contact us. Just make your ticket title "Virtual server not found" for fastest resolution though (or use the correct "Control Panel Issue" department selection.) Anything else may take 1-2 days at this point.

    Yeah that shouldn't happen, put in a ticket and I'm paying close attention to those so it should hopefully get an answer very soon.
