16MB RAM and 800MB disk. Would make for a good Windows 98 or NT Server 4.0 machine.
I mean... A lot of the E3/E5 processors used by low-end hosts are 8 years old now, so there's many people stuck in 8-year-ago hardware

Yes, all prices are recurring. If you buy now for 2 years you can extend the service after 2 years for the same price (2 years price).
If you buy now for 1 year you can extend the service after 1 for the same price (1 year price).
