    I can tell you that it is based on Corero and works out just fine for 99.9% of customers, apart from that we don't release any information on the DDOS protection system at all at the free tier.

    If you are a constant DDOS magnet and the free tier is not suitable then we can quote based on specific requirements.

    I must say Inception deal was best for BF no provider matched them, get dozen in time, tnx for gr8 support :)

    also all nubs hunting ryzen do not know most will be oversold as they are hyped but E-2278G kicking their ass in performance its new coffee lake arch and I prefer it even to ryzen! but who knows HW get it and rest noobs go to oversold AMD 😁

    Well someone found a way to abuse it to generate credit and then shared that method so they had to be cancelled, that's the way things go, that's why some people can't have nice things sorry.

    That's alright. But why would that reduce the duration by just a day instead of that method being fixed and the sale resuming?

    Here's a brief answer from a couple of months ago:

    The DDOS protection is there to protect all clients from disruption when there is an attack, it is not intended to harbour known targets under constant sustained attack we can however quote for custom DDOS protection if you have specific need and can provide technical information about the type of cover you need, feel free to pop a ticket in.

    Similar offers were available during Black Friday, the 6GB plan had more disk and was around €75, but we only offer 4 cores on the 16GB plan.

    I made an order. Thought it would be like the other providers and the OS auto installed and everything setup. But in their setup you have to install the OS manually. So I go to SoulsVM and the username and password I have don't work. Then the password reset form says my username does not exist.

    You're saying I have to wait till tomorrow?

    Alternatively you could go through the information provided upon the activation, I believe the email Inception sends has the subject “ New VPS Server Details [READ BEFORE OPENING A TICKET]” and contains all relevant information, likely including the answer to your query.

    Did you check the email with title "New VPS Server Details [READ BEFORE OPENING A TICKET]".

    Because you will have that email after your VPS is created on their system.
