@InceptionHosting do I have to open ticket for 40 GB/6000 Bandwidth?
Order form says 20 GB Disk, 3000 GB Bandwidth on the 1GB plan.

    Ignore the order form.

I guess now this has been asked about 20 times I should just update the order forms :( so manual :(

Order forms are updated to avoid confusion.

  • I was a bit confused also but ordered few and its like it should be ;)

I checked with YABS in London and the Read/Write of @64k are above 1GB/s.

This is what I had expected from NVMe and a good provider.

    Nice.

The VM I got last year is still idling...

Same here. Bought again, knowing that Anthony is still on board. He was always there for any tiny issue I've encountered, top notch support!

That's some very tempting deals Anthony! I'm struggling to resist the Phoenix deal - yearly with that DA license and what looks like an automatic double bandwidth allowance, that's a hard deal to pass up.

If I didn't already have a DirectAdmin VPS, I'd be all over this like a rash. Fuck it, I might even convince myself to buy it as a second for redundancy or something.. haha

Someone do me a favour and buy them all out of stock so I can resist! ;)

If you are looking for a larger config, keep an eye on the flash sales, something special coming up in Phoenix (limited) :)

Thanks for the heads up mate! I slept on that last night, and decided that I'm gonna get this regardless.

Still gonna keep my eyes peeled for those flash sales too :)

    Nice one!

Not sure when mr fat is releasing the flash sales tbh.

Also considering some 16GB Ram configs for Cyber Monday.

What will be the main source for them? This topic? Or the offers page on the website?

I am not sure, this thread is a few too many pages to be useful now, good offers can get lost. in the noise, I might make a fresh one tomorrow (assuming that's allowed?!?!)

Or I might just post them in here.

    Yup.

  • Did you decided where to post that flash sales? No idea where to spam F5! ;)

  • Even for existing customers?

I submitted it to Fat32 so I presume it will be on the flash sales thread?!?!

I have to be honest, I don't know if it is just because I am officially an old fart now or something else but I am feeling a bit lost here as to where to post things generally and what the rules are, etc for BF haha.

For existing customers it is fine.

  • If you submitted that to FAT32 then it will be in flash sale, scheduled to post at some day. So no more need to F5 here :sadpanda:

  • @InceptionHosting said: For existing customers it is fine.

I appreciate. Is it required for me to change the billing address?

I mean, not absolutely, if you don't mind having the wrong address on your invoices :)

If you have been an active Customer all fraud and location checks get automatically bypassed.

I will re-read the rules but if it is allowed I will probably start a fresh thread tomorrow with some fresh deals on my own time zone haha. (UK)

@frog please open a ticket so I can fix your CPU configuration, you should not be seeing qemu, passthrough is enabled as standard and your performance will be getting crippled due to emulation overhead.

Was getting a QEMU Virtual CPU as well after installing the OS from an ISO on the freshly created and still empty VM. Unless a higher power changed something in the meantime, reinstalling the VM from the control panel using a template (tried Debian 11) solved that for me.

CPU pass-through gets enabled during/by the templated install, and it sticks for further ISO installs. Seems to be a common theme with SolusVM from what I remember reading in a different thread. I am in no way familiar with the internals, so take this with a grain of salt; still, maybe it will help others solve the issue by themselves.

You can not create a new thread, but you can freely post flash deals in the megathread or in this thread.

Ah ok, maybe I read that on LES, the new thread per day thing as long as offers are not duplicated.
