I have a pending cancellation of a Schnupperspecial 2021 that is probably going to be taken care of tomorrow.

@PHP_Friends, if it is less troublesome on your side, instead of cancelling my contract (I'm the one who sent an e-mail on Saturday, at 0.24am; client number: 9370) and refunding me, you can just transfer it to @chocolateshirt. I guess we can sort out the payment between the two of us.

I'm sorry but you didn't open a ticket about a later payment. I don't know what we should do better if the product is sold out than cancelling orders that haven't been paid till then. Let's say we can sell 200 instances of a product and have 190 paid orders and 20 unpaid orders. The more unpaid orders we leave, the higher is the risk we have more orders to deliver in the end than we could actually deliver (due to orders that get paid after a few days - already happened!). That's why we cancel orders of special offers latest when they are (nearly) sold out. It's better to have some resources left for customers who had tickets with open questions or

I will send you a direct link to recreate the order as we have some resources left (not enough to take the offer back online as we would get more orders than we can handle within minutes) from such cancelled orders.

    Best Regards,
    Tim

The first time I purchase, I don’t know that I need to email to notify me to postpone the payment

However, now the problem is solved. Thank you

right... I paid 21% VAT. I guess it would be a bit of a headache then. hopefully, you will get yours, eventually :)

  • I feel pretty shit for missing out on this due to low disk space when someone already has ordered it with 2x resources. This was an insane deal in hindsight, better than netcup RS 2000 G9.

  • Anyone know if they offer snapshots?

    That was me.
The crazy thing is that I should have ordered with 4x resources. I missed out on that opportunity.
