    just click reboot from panel. then you can receive an email with the root password of rescue system

    It depends who's behind the scene.
    Phone call makes them to be very friendly because at the end you have a survey where you should answer about agent politeness and technical knowledge and from my own experience all of them care about their internal reputation :smile:

    Got a SYS-2-SAT-32 in Warsaw yesterday

    no luck with getting into the 16TB club though... got a 10gig up/down network though, pretty fresh HGST Ultrastar 7K6000 disks with "only" 15k-30k power on hours (instead of the 7K4000's I got in FR that have 50k-60k hours).

    @ninzo59 How come you upped the pricing of the SYS-5-*? Secretly changing the product codes on the website doesn't look great. SYS-5-*-64 was $49.99 at release, and they've secretly changed the price to $58.99. SYS-5-*-32 was $39.99 at release, after the secret price change it's now $49.99.

    And it is 16 TB
