Update on the refund part, initially they said as 7 days it now jumped to 15

As per our billing specialist, you must wait at least 15 days to request the cancellation of an ongoing order as per our contract.

In this case, since you've placed the order on the 2021-12-05, we invite you to get back to us on the 20th of December to request the cancellation of the order.

    This is their recent BS.

True but personally I’d be disappointed after such a wait

  • Some SYS-1-SSD-32 available in France now

  • Do people use their servers in Raid? or use the 4 disks separately? The default installation template only shows my storage as 2TB

  • I think the default Linux install has the 4 disks in a RAID1. You can change that when you reinstall, there is a box to tick for a custom installation.
With Windows Server, the first two disks are used in RAID1, the other two are not touched.

  • already 12 days, they didn't reply my ticket which about the order, completely ignored... :'(

What about for quarterly payment? I think many people here did that. Anyway, most people with 16TB won't let go.
