OVH it's like a lottery.
I have one Game server and another Essential server, both with 64GB RAM, SSD disks.
GAME range comes with 500GB backup instead of 100GB and Essential one comes with IPMI free.

Yes i do have default IPMI (free).
UK here, no CPU upgrade. But free IPMI.
Seems like Poland is the best right now.. Friend bought from there and got free IPMI and free CPU upgrade.
As I can see, I was pretty lucky to have both servers with some "gifts" + Network 500Mbps/1Gbps.
I doubt there is a general rule.
It's more like a random roulette what you actually get.
I ordered two in Germany.
1st: D-1520 CPU, 9k hrs HDD, IPMI
2nd: D-1521 CPU, 40k hrs HDD, IPMI
The CPU performance is negligible with only 5-9% difference.
HDDs are working fine, age doesn't really matter as a HDD replacement can be requested when uncorrectable errors are reported.
