    These are indeed great offer, I have few important queries and intended to purchase a the promotional plan,
    1. If I buy the first plan the total cost will be 29.94$, is it recurring, I mean after three years the renewal cost will be how much?
    2. Can I order 5 years plan instead of 3 years?
    3. What is the CPU resource limitation on the first shared plan above?

    1. Ask yourelf - Do you really think you can get hosting with 2.5 TB space for $55 per year? I'd stay away from hosts who do offer that kind of pricing.
    2. 25 cpanel accounts, so yes only 25 users can be added.

    A few of my clients are still stuck with php5.3 custom apps.

    @dustinc I see regular FTP is enabled by default on the reseller plan with not much choice of disabling it - I got told by support that this is typically the case in a reseller environment however I have reseller accounts elsewhere which use FTP with TLS/SSL, wouldn't this be preferable? - or am I barking up the wrong tree.

    Hi @librakhan -- appreciate the interest! Prices stated are recurring. Although the maximum our billing system will support via the order form is 3 years, you can open a billing ticket after ordering to request us to invoice you for additional years in advance :)

    Here are the CloudLinux LVE limits per cPanel account:

    CPU - 100%
    I/O Limit - 80 MB/s
    IOPS Limit - 15,000
    Physical Memory Limit - 1GB
    EPROC (Entry Processes) Limit - 200
    NPROC Limit - 220
    INODE Limit - No limit

    @baxic -- as @gowrann pointed out, the minimum is PHP 5.6, all the way up to PHP 8 :)

    Hi @gowrann -- generally with shared/reseller hosting environments it is very common to see FTP enabled by default. Alternatively, as a workaround - we could disable FTP for your cPanel user by manually adding your cPanel username (or usernames) to the /etc/ftpusers file on the server: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/ftp/how-to-deny-ftp-access/
