We recently posted a survey here on LET to seek feedback as to what locations the community has interest in, for competitively priced shared & reseller hosting deals. We decided to fulfill what the community expressed interest in, and have expanded this product line to numerous locations since then, including Germany and France. And today, we have one more location expansion to announce :)

Today, we are pleased to announce that we have expanded our shared and reseller hosting product line to Singapore! In Singapore, we are located within the Equinix SG2 datacenter and leverage a network blend consisting of GCX, NTT, TATA, Equinix Peering :)

While Singapore has a reputation for being a very expensive/premium region for hosting due to increased real estate and bandwidth costs, we are able to deliver at pricing/value that is very hard to find elsewhere. We're able to deliver a solid service that our customers can count on (great reliability), at cost-effective rates.

We want to enable our customers & resellers, to have a feature packed offering. Our offerings include LiteSpeed Web Server w/ LSCache, free daily offsite backups with JetBackup V5 integrated with Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage, MailChannels Hybrid, Softaculous, CloudLinux, KernelCare, and a FREE Clientexec license - we strongly believe that features like this are important, especially for conversions. This is also one of the main reasons why we utilize the cPanel/WHM control panel for our shared/reseller hosting product line. Despite cPanel licensing pricing being more costly than its alternatives, we're still able to deliver shared and reseller hosting deals at cost-effective rates, and because the market/end-users are most familiar with this control panel, this, in addition to all of our features, ultimately enables our resellers/customers to be successful.

    Hi @TimboJones -- this thread covers several of our successful expansions. Singapore being our latest :) The community has the ability to choose a location that best fits their needs within the cart.

    With that said, pricing for Singapore is only +$8/yr for these particular promotions. This is a good thing both for RackNerd and our customers. Pricing is competitive, obviously benefiting our customers and the service we deliver with it makes this deal hard to beat. This pricing also ensures we are able to offer deals that are sustainable to our business.

    With that being said, I understand a different title may have worked for the way you market. 🥰

    It's not even indicated properly, just slapped between unassuming chunks of text. I usually just skim offer threads on first read (probably like most people) and had to re-skim a few times just to find where it says that.

    By default, we promote E3s, though we are upgrading as we move forward :) In Singapore we've started off with E-2286G processors, so plenty of horsepower.
