Some other additional tests for fun because why not. I didn't test with LeaseWeb because no point testing to itself.

Well... you don't always see Huge NVMe 4.0, Ryzen 10Gbps VPS in Singapore... the only thing missing is just the $7/yr :joy:

  • Could i change to a native ip ?

  • @NDTN said: Just double checked it's not available via Client's Control Panel. You can open a support ticket to have this done. Not sure why SolusVM cannot make it as default, will report to them shortly.

I opened a ticket for it but a support staff said they don't offer that.

  • any yabs from NL location?

@NDTN - do the 30 OS reinstalls reset after a certain time period? Won't affect me, but just curious...

Sorry I should have informed our staff about that, but recent tests from FAT32 showing better results with the default non-disk cache. Maybe Writeback will be better with more RAM/CPU cores.

In WHMCS it will be reset each month or as @FAT32 said you can reinstall it via SolusVM.

Note sure what you mean native IP? The IP blocks that we have announced at Leaseweb are from our APNIC account - should they be considered as native?

Mine is Ryzen10Gbps-3, so it could benefit from it?
Not that I really want it enabled, I just wanted to test it.

Maybe he's referring to the geolocation details of the block.

Please drop me a PM with your IP, I will have that changed so you can test. If it's not good then we can always change it back.

APNIC's WHOIS is showing correct geolocation now, Maxmind has updated that too. Only IP2location left, we will contact them again in a few days.

  • @NDTN I would definitely take 1 plan if the custom ones will be available someday on this beast machine.

@Samidare True, but once it will be fully will clients, there will be a high drop of the speed :D, but still nothing will be changed in real-life performance. Hehe.

They also have servers in Vietnam, no Ryzen though.

Just keep in mind that their upstream's IPv6 routing is mostly broken.

Very impressive offer. You've managed to convince me to buy one and I have absolutely no use for it. But hey, I guess we'll finally have a Ryzen (virtual) server.
