    Good day,
The 1st of the month is coming soon.
Good news. We have enabled AliPay.
We realize that our last email was kinda confusing as far as the "Stripe" part.
    Stripe is a processor.
We accept Credit/Debit cards through them.
We changed the payment/invoice part to say "Credit/Debit cards" to make it less confusing.
We are waiting to hear back from PayPal on getting our account back activated and to figure out what has caused this sudden issue without warning.
Thank you for waiting and working with us on this. If you have put in a cancellation notice and choose to stay with us. Please submit a ticket and we will cancel the cancellation notice.
Also for the issues this has caused you will have 15 days to pay your invoice from the 1st.
    Thank you,
    Josh

Your chargeback rate can't be that high... unless you've seriously fucked up not fighting every single one with "user did not cancel, contract still valid, payment required"

Again, if you can take Stripe, you do not want to pay 100x that to get your legitimate customers' cards killed for using Offshore Panama Porn Factory as the gateway.

I had fight every single one and also linking directly to the TOS/AUP.
At the moment we are taking Stripe and having good report with them.
Although we are also working directly with out bank on a more direct approach for taking cards/ach

I stopped working with them years ago. They don't get any more money from my network.

Going to piggyback off of this thread, if possible.

After hearing the latest news not only regarding this situation but with eBay ditching PayPal for its sellers as well, I've been trying to decide whether I should drop PayPal myself. Having them randomly close accounts without anything more than "contact us for a further explanation" isn't a good thing to deal with when running a business and I really hope that the situation is resolved in your favor, Josh.

That being said, is there any chance you've been looking at 2Checkout as a potential payment processor? I've taken a look at them myself and am considering them as a potential replacement seeing how they have many good reviews, and given a few comments in this thread they seem to be a well-known and common processor in the LET community.

@PeterP I have looked at them but have been told from some others that are in the hosting industry that they like to block people as well and are not friendly to the hosting peeps.
If someone here has good experience with them I would like to hear about it.

2CO officially bans file upload / file locker sites, but mildly allows hosting.

You have coin flip chance of your company now being compared to file storage site and banned with funds held/seized as a fine

Bigger question is how is their support?

Oh yikes, I've heard good things about them but didn't know they were kind-of the same way. I'd also like to hear if someone here on LET has had a good experience with them or the opposite way around, and hopefully that can help convince me to either go with or avoid 2CheckOut.

As Josh asked, how is their support? I'd rather deal with a payment processor who has very good support and doesn't drag on their responses or response times when dealing with any issues, is pretty much straight to the point and explains things clearly without having to request for them to clarify what they mean and then waiting an extended period of time for a response.

In regards to banning file upload sites but allowing hosting, I can see what they're trying to accomplish but at the same time I find it a bit counter-productive seeing how they can be considered the same type of service due to similarities in offerings. Your coin-flip statement is also the unfortunate reality that almost anyone who sells products or services online and even in-person deals with on a daily basis, thanks to the various terms of service, legislation, etc that companies and individuals alike have to abide by.
