  • Is it possible to get access to my VM via proxmox, to mount a custom ISO etc?
Also noVNC doesn't seem to work: HTTP Response: 501
unable to open file '/usr/share/novnc-pve/mgnovnc.html' - No such file or directory
I'll probably manage without too though.

I think that Geekbench score is the lowest out of all the VPSes I've got, but perhaps that's due to the slow CPU (1.8 GHz)?

  • @Daniel15 said: I think that Geekbench score is the lowest out of all the VPSes I've got, but perhaps that's due to the slow CPU (1.8 GHz)?

this plan is think for storage and yes the cpu is poor (like the price)

no worry we will not stop here. Ipv6 will be verry soon too , need to open serbia first and after this we will focus in provide ipv6 in all our locations.

  • Problem with that Slow CPU is it's limiting the Network Speed alot .. Gbit is impossible to hit.

can we bet ? i will doit in the same node same config.

the problem is the people is confunding 1gbps dedicated port with a shared one ...

in the storage plans we always offer shared except the offers what was cleary specified.

I hope you can add a private/internal network in the future so that I can mount the storage from the storage VPS on an NVMe VPS without having it count towards the monthly transfer :)

I was just testing using speedtest-cli with Vodafone Romania's test server: speedtest-cli --server 14665. I can get 500 Mbps up/down on my NVMe VPS, but only around 250 Mbps down and 120 Mbps up on my storage VPS. It's possible this is because people are currently using more bandwidth on the storage VPS (since it's a shared port like you mentioned)

  • @Daniel15 said: with Vodafone Romania's test server

our network is optimizated to quit romania the most rappid possible (95 % of our clients is not rumanian ) so test with de , uk etc.

@cociu In addition to my benchmark above, I only get around 350 Mb/s if I run an iperf3 test between a storage VPS and an NVMe VPS in the same data center, whereas I get 800 Mb/s between two NVMe VPSes in the same data center. Since they're in the same DC I'd expect network congestion to be less of an issue.

  • thx u @cociu , pleasant experience, VPS looks good, more than 1gbps? panel is simple to use.

many of our customers after past the nghtmare last year was not beleve in our newsletter fro the new year , like i have told this was change , we are looking to offer new hardware and grow and grow and grow in quaity. A part from this we are looking to expand this year with many sexy location what is missing in LET or is over price. This week for exemple we will start to offer ryzen cpu and in coming weeks we will have including epyc cpu ...

Like always i send a big thanks to the custoers who was beleve in us.

EDIT : except one package (in my signature) we never up the price and this is a huge plus i think , many of providers is practice this ... so i can guarantee our peice will stay forever the same so was beleve in us and was upload credit + was buy my cray offers today is benefit of the most cheap virtuals servers and will benefit of quality.

for the moment we had much to work (still) until we will be where i want to be .... but definetly i will be there verry soon.
