who was sold you guaranteed bandwidth ? maybe i am idiot but i am not stupid , i suspect you are the smart one who just received my response in the tiket with the subject "whatever" and yes was suspended for abuse , with a nice explication (not how you proceed) i think we can deal with this in the middle but for your info i have not sold you full gbps only for you . So the ideea is if you abused this not mean all people is treated the same.
we do not sell aditional traffic , this storage plans is made like is and is calculated to not have struggle the traffic. So in case you rich the limit your vm will be suspended until next cycle.
I honestly don't think suspending whole vm until next cycle is good approach.. I think it would be much better to limit connectivity to 10mbps for example so you can have at least some access to that VM.

I can tell you I favour providers that limit bandwidth to 10Mbps after I go over the limit. Being able to buy a bucket of bandwidth for like $5 would be ok, but a straight suspend until end of month would be the worst option and a showstopper for many people.
I've gone over a limit once. And then I never ordered more services from them again.

No my case was one of the few that were not performing after the fix and the vendor identified the issue (oversight) and fixed it accordingly.
