Also curious about location. The LA location has been consistently hundreds of Mbps to me in western Canada, often beating closer Seattle. When I first started, their great network speeds stood out above my others pretty easily.
5TB bandwidth was already sweet, but he bumped it to 10TB for free. I don't think your experience is typical and might want to look closer at specifics to your VM.
LA. E5-B3 with 2GB of RAM, 20GB of NVMe and 3TB of block storage. Had that service from April 2019 to July 2020.
Could have simple been unlucky enough and placed next to bad neighbors, I guess? Regardless, good to hear about the new location. Maybe I'll give this a try again at some point. Had this worked out, it would have been a kickass Nextcloud box for me.

The speedtest.net has some bug, the ip subnet of New Jersey show as in London, so can't make the correctly test.

they said the system with Block Storage has some issue currently, and my vps been deleted, they will re-create it when the issue resolved.

That's a non-zero amount of bandwidth you just used with all those locations. Good thing the bandwidth allocated is pretty generous.
Not mine and I was told via ticket that “they are already so cheap” that they won’t update date. Whatever, but I found it unfair.

@key900 could you please help check it? I think the I/O is abnormal for the NVMe disk. (in the WHMCS, the vps show on nj03.letbox.net now, but I remember it's on nj02.letbox.net at the begin.)
