I had selected the option on the order page that my IP and address don't match. I assume it was flagged because of that.

So the 10 TB plans plans got sold out within the the first 20 seconds, and we had 30+ 'empty' orders after within the next 120 seconds - and that is when the direct URL was disabled.
The empty orders are the ones where it says "order successful" but no invoice is created - unfortunately this means it is already sold out.
I was not expecting that much interest in those....maybe we can add some more?
If you made a ticket asking a large number of sales questions about these plans that are already answered in these pages, it is unlikely we will be able to respond any time soon to you.
Also - apologies to the people who did not get the plan that they wanted. This is the best we could come up with and they are likely all gone in the next few minutes considering the orders.
