I think that very soon you'll receive your VM. Trust me it's worth to wait even 14 days because you'll receive a premium product at an attractive price. Few providers on this site are willing to offer such generous deals with premium products. We need to appreciate what we have.

  • Although waiting a little longer is fully reasonable because of the volume of orders or other factors, it casts doubts on the trustworthiness of the provider. After 7 working days, @hosthatch said anything but an apology of not keeping up his words.

I trust the product will be premium and stellar. But I don't like this my-way-or-the-highway attitudes towards low end customers. I may as well have chosen the highway in hindsight.

Sorry for the delay guys, we should get almost everything delivered today, other than maybe <5% of the VMs that will be tomorrow.

Anyone who has not received their VM within 7 working days after the payment transaction timestamp is eligible for a full refund, so just open a ticket for a refund if you want that.

That's fast! Apology accepted, probs will request for a refund, thanks.

Thanks :) You should always vote with your wallet and never feel forced to go with providers who you feel you do not agree with. There's many good providers around.

  • Coding a small script to scrape lowenttalk and put people who post their ordering ticket number at the end of the queue would be quite easy. BF2021?!

I'd do it the other way around: Scrape ticket IDs from the providers' portals and post them to the appropriate LET threads automatically.

in case anyone is going to ask for a refund for an undelivered cm-1-yolo VPS combo (10 VMs, $70), perhaps we can arrange a transfer instead, if @hosthatch allows. I mean this promo:

    AMS/STO/LAX/CHI/LON/VIE/OSL/WAW/NY/ZRH
    1x 2.9+ GHz Core (25% dedicated)
    1 GB RAM
    10 GB NVMe SSD storage
    1 Gbps connection
    1 TB bandwidth
    1 IPv4 & /64 IPv6 included
    https://manage.hosthatch.com/billing/order/cm-1-yolo

whatever it's called, I'm having the opposite of buyer's remorse and I certainly don't mind waiting.

I am happily waiting for my Hong Kong VPS but I had not seen this one during BF week.

How much was this one? I guess it was a bundle sale in each location mentioned?

Certainly, posting customer-specific things like ordering ticket number into a public place like forum post should not be encouraged as it only makes the post more diluted, but from business standpoint, keeping the post at top of the forum, as well as the sale itself, is a way to do marketing :D So two sides of a coin :joy: If I were OP, yes, I would scrape the post as well, but to filter out all requests with ticket number (they will be handled by the OP's ticket system, eventually), and only response to the rest.

I don't understand why a few people are so impatient. They shouldn't buy if they don't trust the providers. Also, I think the hurdle of waiting is intentional as well, like, to prevent potential abusive users (just guessing). Think of it as CAPTCHA system, if you want to enter a site, type some characters, otherwise close the browser. If you want to buy, submit ticket and WAIT, otherwise don't deposit. (For sure, there should be better way not to drain scarce human resources to handle manual verification, but it's not the point). If I were able to catch the deals, I would be willing to wait until the end of the year (just a few weeks from now), and there are more things to work on than whining here, as whining does not make the queue shorter. I don't think that make me low end customer, it's just a way of understanding and collaborating.

@naing or anyone got a NMVE deal in one specific location (NY) that has at least 16GB RAM waiting to be delivered and don't want to wait, give it to me, I will pay more than what you paid, if OP agrees for transferring. Otherwise, I will wait for the Christmas/NY/next BF promos

Same here . I don't have any pending status thought but "finalizing" instead.

NVMe is best option for wordpress, because its fast IO. Play very well with any caching mechanisms.

Mine is also "finalizing". I meant the server is still in the Pending Servers section.

My VPS got provisioned. Thanks Hosthatch
