if dont came with a legal paper of this i prefere to close and move all to external country before any cooperations with this shit. Any way for the moment i dont think and i hope this is not the principal reason for this.

Exactly. They will not come with "legal paper". They can't bring legal documents, because it would violate your freedom and privacy.
You have to do this by your own will, or they will just keep on pressuring you with other legal bureaucracy, accounting inspection, and presumed suspect activity from customers (to which you would not have access during so called "police investigation") and much other weird stuff.

I am from US and they will put person watching/hosting kiddy stuff in sex offender list (need to tell every employee, every neighborhood you want to move to, etc. that you are sex offender), put in prison for 10+ years and prisoners hate these people, they often will try to kill these people.

we had the permision until now to move 2 servers to another location (in our old building) using a line wich we have it there for survilance to have a minimal corespondence with our customers (at least took me 5 hours to convince them ) So we will continue to publish the updates there.

I still stand by my opinion: this is not about a sex offender. This is Romania's Intelligence Service trying to access customer data for politicians agenda, profits and AI analysis. It's a corrupted system and they want all traffic mirrored to SRI, as they do with all data centers in Romania.
Maybe he can sue them and win 100k and deploy more dirt cheap storage servers
no worry once i have the "process verbal" i will share it publically , tumorrow also i will fill a complain to the autority and sue him ... this is ruin a business of many years of hard work. I repeat no previous complain , no questions no nothing until today when was cross our dor asking to power down all upstreams and the routercore. And in the Law is specifies how to applay all this and is verry clear stated , but no "the smart guys" is abusing in the last hours. About inteligents guys i hope is not this because this will be verry unbelve for me and i personally i will regreat to came back from spain to live in my country.

we have ask 2 upstreams to install in the old location 2 lines in case this will go for long time and we will move all traffic via a darkfiber until this will be resolved. Unfortunatly for installing this upstreams will take time (24-48) hours.

@cociu - what they do to your business is not following a normal "sex offender" procedure. On such scenario they would have come with a legal document, to access data of a specific IP or multiple IPs; they would not block the whole business paying taxes, just because of some suspect or police investigation. Your European business should be protected by democratic laws.
The fact that they come like this, closing everything down, is because you did not understand the "real message" of SRI. They want traffic mirrored. This abuse without legal grounds and without transparency, is done since communism era. They want you to lose customers and take a hit, so that you may "learn" how business in Romania actually works. Never wondered why other big players do not have big data centers in Romania? You must buy routers and mirror all traffic to them, otherwise your business will continue to be disrupted.
So what exctly are they doing, if you say they have not provided any IP or other information? Did you give them access to all the servers? Give us more details

the ip class 45.14.148.0/22 is full functionally (we have route this ips in norway for the moment via a gree-tunnel ) in order to give acces to our clients in this ip subnet. Working to put all others online as we wait for the police aprobation.

Do you have a smart and reliable lawyer? Is he with you at your location?
Also be sure to document everything properly and also be sure to move your documentation to another country every hour or so.
