Any chance for custom ISO? I would love to test few location-dependent things on those servers.

We can of course give you the opportunity to install the server from your image.
But since this will not be a specially prepared image for OpenStack, we cannot guarantee stable server operation.
Write what system you want to install and, if possible, give a link to its ISO installation image and we will work on this possibility for the future.

We apologize, but this was technical work on reprogramming network equipment for a new channel. For a while, the work was switched to the reserve one.
We have a huge pool of IPv6 addresses, but its connection to clients' servers is still in progress. We hope that this process will be completed as soon as possible.

I revisited your service, mostly out of curiosity to see if the Amsterdam DC might be online, and noted that you no longer offer API keys in the customer panel.
My API keys I used for testing that part of the service back in July/August no longer work. Is that a permanent change? it will less convenient to spin up instances using your service if it cannot be automated. Even your web interface offers no way to pass an init script to the new instance which was only possible via the API.
BTW, do you have any news or ETA for Amsterdam?
Edit: just spun up an instance in Moscow, 60-70% steal time installing software

I send email, mine all monthly billed servers where charged hourly for past month or so, and service is closed!?
And yeah I did not even know you system started to charge it by hour!
Billing page need to be easy to understand if price is same per hour now then it should state it, and if policy is changed

Is there any new info about new locations (eg. amsterdam)?
No. Services are really bad. Very low network in Moscow, and other locations were promised since July 2020. HostVDS is highly NOT recommended anymore.

Everything is looking nice and smooth as long as you dont touch it
Whenever there is higher demand it used to lag similar with old Pentium II
Or maybe even pentium 2 would be faster

Well, my server and their website is down since last 7 hours... I don't remember downtime that long.
