We better don't let providers lose that much...
It might be a total lose for both of us.
LET is insanely keen on servers so cheap and resourceful that the providers longevity isn't a problem, so the providers are pressured into matching other providers deals and impossible deals until they begin to deadpool and then LET collectively blame the provider for not being sustainable.

I had a simple billing issue/question so I opened a ticket two weeks ago. No answer yet. And now they're most likely swamped with new orders. One of which is mine (because I never learn), but then there was a Paypal issue and the invoice hasn't been registered as paid yet. So I opened a ticket for that, which of course hasn't had a reply yet.
So no new service, I was unable to cancel my old service since I didn't get a reply to my ticket, and now my account will probably be suspended, according to the automatic emails. Oh, joy.
@cociu any chance of getting a 70-80% off coupon again ? Really wish to buy some storage !

It seems their whole network was bloody slow yesterday (at least. Didn't try today yet). Probably they took on too many customers and have to wait for a network cap. upgrade now. But to be fair, while it's poor it's still usable.

Yesterday we have make some test between libery and GTS and was struggled in some peerings but finnaly we have set correctly our bgp and we will take a look in the next weeks too.
Sorry for my mistake , i have promised 48 hours but after this i have play with @nekki picks and we have sale more than we have programated we had to install somenew nodes to avoid any future problems (not for overselling but we deliver the orders between multiple nodes this time to avoid aglomerations in the first days of usage ----yes we have learn from our mistake.
Also , i have promised many time some improve in our tiketing support , start from now will this is a true history , i will let the people to judge in the next month`s.
Everything is fine. I hope this will normalise after the Black Friday sales.

@cociu I want to say that I made ticket #423369 regarding noVNC not working. I received a response a few days later that it was working, but when I tested again it still is not working. Support was friendly at least.
I have 2TB Storage KVM and it's working nice. I just reinstalled to fix my sshd_config mistake so no more noVNC needed, at least for now anyway.
