Hetznar.
Nah, do not have such config as desired.
buy a 25EUR SB with 2x HDD'S and add 2x SSD's for 5€ each, solved.
Way over desired budget.
So much HD pr0n... your hands must be tired...
Interested to see what offers appear...
Professional masturbators such as myself do not use their hands. The advent of gel-filled pillows has been a game-changer.
EDIT: Also, 4K/60FPS is where it's at. So real you can taste the acne.
Here are some options:

@Clouvider has an i3 with SSDs and HDDs, but it's out of stock right now.
And will likely never come back at that price. Can’t believe someone cancelled one earlier.
Can’t believe my only choice seems to be Hetzner.
@cociu
Nah, not until his network settles down a bit. Recent weeks have been challenging.
Worldstream i3 + gbit upgrade + hdd's - annual payment discount might almost meet your budget:

Had a poke around, once you’ve got all the disks and the network upgraded, staring down the barrel of €57 before VAT.
Although not a dedi, there's a 3 TB storage in London coming soon from HostHatch:

I got about €50 adding 2x4TB and gbit but staying with 1xSSD figuring you wanted the SSD just for system stuff you can reinstall in case of failure. I forgot about VAT though.
If you don't need a dedi maybe you could get a €2.49/m (+VAT) Hetzner cloud vps and a €21.90/m 5TB storage box add-on. You can transfer data directly to and from the storage box in addition to through the vps, and you can spin up a bigger vps on hourly billing if you want to transcode something.
Why nobody asked where have you been ?
Nekki just ran a post about cancelling some Kimsufi dedis because of the 100mbps port among other things. I'm presuming this request is for a server with gbit to replace those Kimsufis.
Agrrrh, rolls eyes and clenches fist upward, MORAH!!!
He was busy I guess:
He's a professional masturbator. Tough job I'd say.
I know it is from the other side of the pond but coming myself from mainland EU I still love my storage opteron from dacentec.
Opteron 1356, 8 GB RAM, 10 TB Gbit, 6 TB storage spread over 6 spinning disks for only 25 Trump-Dollars.
Network performance has been great so far, even across the pond. It should easily outperform any kimsufi network-wise.

If you increase your budget by 5 pounds you can grab two of them.
I told him he can stream that HENTAI porn, but you know.
He needs a place where he can DOWNLOAD it.
If we’ve been taught anything, it’s that services you don’t own can go bye bye at any time.
I did enjoy my Dacentec box, although the disks were a nightmare initially once all the problems were solved (promptly and professionally) it was a nice experience overall. Definitely don’t want to manage two servers though - I am typically time poor (which is why I’m looking for consolidate 3 servers into 1).
Is MOAR a special type of storage?
Could any provider beat Hetzner, no
Well they can, but not as standard.
Really nothing?
LET, you’ve changed in my absence.
Cobalt Raq 4? Optional NAS? On a 80/20 ADSL line? £35/month!
I don't think the request is to beat Hetzner, but just to hit a price target that's somewhat higher than Hetzner's for a suitable box. It seems pretty doable even with VAT.
