Stuff that you can not run/gets you terminated
Any CPU or I/O intensive Applications
TOR, I2P, VPN (Public), Torrent, Ilegal Stuff
Keep in mind, we have a zero tolerance abuse policy

Note that "illegal stuff" now has its own distinct point, and that VPN was clarified to mean public.

If an option exists and works on the website, then you can apply for it. Just make sure you have justification.

Tor is often abused unless it's a relay but even then it's an abuse of the free resources.
For VPN's they clearly said public
Torrents are 99% of the time used for piracy
