It only shows the packages you can deploy but it dosen't check at first if that specific package is available.
Only if you select it and click on Deploy, the Backend checks if that specific package is available so you end up with that message.
I did increased the memory on Norway, so should be fixed.
However due to LET is under attack, you likely won't get pass verification, thanks to Cloudflare again.
