    I believe that you use Slackware current, but I'm on 14.2, and it would be nice for them to make a new stable release soon!

    While I agree I also trust Pat.
    It's ready when it's ready.
    The more time it takes the better it might be.

    You'd have to. Doesn't a slack package just tar -xvpf -C / ?
