Sure did
Hoping for a higher-spec KVM with Windows in Chicago![:) :)](https://lowendtalk.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I haven't yet bought a single VPS during their flash sale. It's certainly not for lack of effort or desire, though. Take my money, @VirMach!
I bought two...but one doesn't really count since it was a LEB offer.
So, did the the Windows OS mentioned in the flash sale page or you need to choose Windows OS in the OS Setting which always shown "Install Later - Please wait 1-2 hours" ?
Oh...red sold out sign back...but will it wait the requisite five minutes???
It only offered Win2008...
If the offer supports windows you can see it right next to "Install Later"; windows server 2008. Then later you can open a ticket to get 2012 or 2016
the OS settings page needs to list windows as an option.
if it doesnt't, it's probably an OpenVZ - these do not support windows.
choose a KVM.
Crazy action in this thread.
Yup, there's more action here than even at my nan's nursing home.
8/yr 768kvm
LIMITED OFFER
$8.00 /yr
thanks for the enlightenment guys. I cancelled Virmach BF Deals from last year due to not support Windows although it is KVM and the specs is adequate...
I suppose people WERE asking for an $8/year VPS![:pensive: :pensive:](https://lowendtalk.com/resources/emoji/pensive.png)
Man, you're still up?? I hope you do get something for all your effort, yes @VirMach?
You need to select Windows for a Windows deal. If you don't then you may have to escalate your ticket to get Windows installed as an admin has to check our logs to see if the package came with Windows. If you select Windows 2008 you can re-install another version later.
We technically recommend installing later so the offers go more smoothly for everyone, but that would most likely add some time until you can have a functional service for Windows since you would not be able to install it yourself.
You can change the version later.
Let me see if we can explain this better or improve it, but maybe not.
Didn't you realise already that he's a dbrand robot?
I;m somewhat here @just4c, drifting in and out now lol
LOL...dbrand is brutal on Twitter...
@VirMach do you remember how first "rouge" WHMCS payments problems that were charged 2-3 times when server borked was resolved? I think I have too much money in my VirMach balance in comparison to what I paid on paypal, but I lost track and it's late in the night. Also no idea if (maybe?) those are extra 20% for 50$ wallet fund, but those should came around Monday, right?
6.22/yr...not bad...if only more port speed...lol
And even after that, I cannot even install an OS on one of these KVM's.
@VirMach Before you put more deals out, fix your issues.
Don't worry we're already sending debt collectors after you.
On a serious note, yes, we refunded everyone immediately first and are worrying about the credits later. Our system auto-credits people if they overpay. You may be contacted by our billing department after the amounts are appropriately adjusted based on your refunds.
Just a FYI - I believe these deals are made by scripts so he's not planning it now...I believe he's trying to address the issues which might be why he's not posting that much...
It says you have to wait with OS installations in the setup form.
Okey, make sense, thanks![:) :)](https://lowendtalk.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
@VirMach - I'm heading to bed in 30, you have 3 options:
A: Spit out a crazy new deal
B: Give the PMs a crazy new deal
C: Dissapoint meThank you for your understanding,
Yours truly,
