Is there a reason you want a transfer-protocol to be integrated into a text-editor? I'm using notepad++ but never made use of the built in ftp. I'm always using WinSCP. So I'm interested why using an integrated service might be better :-)
Anyway, have you tried Bluefish? My fav. editor on Linux. :-)
Nano and Notepad++
Nano when on ssh or Notepad2/Notepad++ on windows.
For development I use NetBeans at home, tempted to switch to Sublime.
At work I use Eclipse (Android)
I don't have a favorite, but this one called Codelobster is the worst piece of shit I've ever heard of in my life.
