    Everyone appears to be a racist nowadays.

    Curse at someone = U r a racist.

    Sneeze at someone = Racist.

    Accidentally run into someone = racist.

    Doesn't like someone = Cuz you are a racist.

    This probably added to the reason to (temp) ban him in the first place. The escalation of the ticket resulted in him getting a perm-ban.
