How can you tell when that happens, if they drop the email on the floor? Do they do that?
Hello,
Is this still happening? We're able to connect to the console just fine here, if you're unable to, would you please submit a ticket with an MTR test so we can analyze it further?
Hi. I've found the problem. The url from your email had "http" instead of "https" (the link from your control panel worked while I coudn't open the page from your email).
I would like to ask you where I can ask for some help configuring the use of the account. Directly with their support, right? (I'm facing 0.1/10 from mail-tester.com because of SPF records) Thank you.
I was following this guide: https://mailchannels.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/208189553-Why-do-I-have-to-set-up-SPF-to-use-MailChannels-Cloud-
But I am getting this error:
xxxxxx.com ... relay.mailchannels.net: Maximum DNS-interactive terms limit (10) exceeded
You can open a ticket with them directly from your mailchannels cloud panel, I've never seen such error to be honest with you.
I've modified the code to reflect the https change, and I appreciate you for reporting it!
@jarland,
Seen this one? Seems to be related to maxing out the DNS lookups for SPF records.
MailChannels doesn't redirect http to https on the console.
MailChannels is configured by it's developers to interpret rejection codes and react appropriately in order to prevent IP reputation issues from causing delivery issues.
I've only seen this occur when the user's domain has too many additional lookups to do. If you add too many includes you'll hit a cap on reasonable DNS lookups required of recipient servers. Users should reduce their includes to MailChannels specifically.
The welcome email has been fixed, it was indeed sending the link as http instead of https.
According to my research about this error, seems to be the case indeed.
@cpsd were you able to sort it? Try removing a few spf records then you should be able to send just fine.
i am just a scrub that use mxroute.com and sell it again to some of my friend
what i really miss is the ability whm-reseller for auto generating dns record to leverage the pain that currently i have, login into my friend dns panel and setup manually with catchall rainloop+cpanel plugin as webmail.
really need reseller IMAP man
I don't know if @jarland is even considering it for MXroute.com (WHM Resellers), highly doubt it. Our current model works just fine, and opening reseller accounts is just... Meh. You can signup as an affiliate though. :P
Do note that this thread is about our SMTP Relay Service, not for Email Hosting which seems to be what you need, in that case, definitely MXroute.com
We got a few new things coming soon.
Hi. Yes, I made some choices on the SPF records and that solved the problem .
Glad to know! Let us know if you need any further help
MailChannells charges for SPAM, but they also notify when this happens, so I am able to shutdown the spammer or in case of a blog getting hacked, suspend until the vulnerability is fixed.
Do you also have this notifications?
That is correct, its a feature that most similar services do not offer.
Yes, we do offer it as well as you will have your own MailChannels Cloud account where you can setup the notifications and even webhooks to automate stuff, eg suspend a cPanel account, etc.
Nice! Kudos to your service, my portuguese comrade.
Would be glad to welcome you aboard!
We still have stock folks. Prices have been lowered at https://mxroute.io as well.
