I don't think it will happen, after the OVH fail the other day lot of people are migrating and big company don't really need to have super cheap offers.

OVH instead, imho will do something interesting

In 2016 summer I have managed to grab a pretty decent Hetzner deal: E3-1270V3, 2x SSD 480 GB SATA Datacenter, 32GB ECC RAM, iNIC (PX70-SSD) for € 41.18 (it seems the current price is € 52.94, I got lucky). I also have a BX40 from them for € 9.90.

I'd like an offer topping this in the SSD department. I'd even be OK with 16GB of RAM but 1.5-2TB SSD instead of 1TB. And at least 2TB of storage (more is always welcome), the latter is very fine if served from the network, it can be more reliable if it's part of a bigger RAID array / SAN / whatever. All this for the same €50 I am paying now. I do not feel this too outlandish.

  • I am looking for EU/Asian region VPS where i can pay yearly.

currently happy with impactvps but if i get good vps then i can reduce some spending on them.

2TB SSD in EU for like 40-60 EUR would be damn tempting tbh...

  • Just looking for an unsustainable vps deal in Dallas/Chicago/Singapore.

Like others here I'm looking for a EU dedi with lots of storage for cheap.

Hetzner auction is good these days, i7-3770 with 16gb ram and 2x3tb is about 25 euro ex vat.

  • I am looking for 1TB drive, 16GB RAM, 16 core VPS for $1 per year.

You can get that from HudsonValleyHost, but the 16GB RAM is divided by 128, and your 16 cores are 1Mhz each. Also, it's a shared host.

No I want all dedicated resources with 100% Uptime guarantee. Oh I forgot to mention I also need unlimited bandwidth with 10Gbps port. Don't forget my budget is $1 per year.

  • Better wait for the VortexVM/HungryNode offers!

  • Waiting for TurnkeyInternet 95% off $1000/mo X5650 8GB RAM dedi !

Absolutely nothing, although if I see any decent EU dedicated deals I may take one or two.

Did... did you read what I posted? I am at Hetzner already and the same server would cost me ten euros more now... dude. The cheapest 2TB SSD on auction is € 111.76. You could get a 2 * 480GB DC SSD server for 52.94 as I mentioned above and then get the Flexi Pack + two more 480 DC SSD for a total of 92.71. Very far from 60 EUR.

  • My wishlist:

    • hosted Exchange 2016, EU-based, ~5 accs x 2€ recurring.
    • a good and reliable VPS 20GB SSD with 2 or 3 IPv4. Needs to beat my netcup stuff to be attractive.

That’s amazing - a massive total of 16,000,000 CPU cycles for $1/year? What a bargain!

Looking for a cheap low-spec VPS with good network/peering located in the US (preferably Midwest or East Coast) to be used for OpenVPN. Annual billing would be ideal - I'm thinking $10-15 a year.

Yeah. We migrated from Hetzner to @Clouvider. We might need to expand soon though and I don't know if @Clouvider could get us a nice offer to upgrade to 2x1TB SSD

  • Looking for some awesome Switch games. Already have Zelda/Odyssey, would be great if I can get a cheaper Skyrim.

  • Right now I don't need any server. I have enough for my need but still I grab if i found any cheap deal. Am I greedy ?

Sorry, to calculate a whole life, 16.000.000 CPU cycles won't be enough.

Except if it's a dull one.
