Vultr, DO,...and don't know the no.3
it' been a week since thread has been open... now finally someone go count :-D :-D
PS: and don't forget to come back with giveaways ^^
Here's what I came up with:
1 - oneprovider
It's fitting that they get the same numeric as known bad/dead hosts.
I will admit I wasn't always sure which votes were jokes vs those that were just uncommon.
Yet, you discounted mine. Interesting.
One has to draw the line somewhere...
You forgot to count @Jesus‘ votes. Quite daring... Not counting @WSS is one thing, but not counting the vote of someone who could possibly ruin your fate is like playing with fire while being sourrounded by farting cows.

At least he counted my GVH vote.
I considered it, but doth not Jesus love everyone? Therefore I'm sure he would smite the farting cows or cause it to rain upon the land, thus saving me from a fiery and malodorous end.
Linode, OVH, HostHatch
HostHatch, Vultr, OVH
Prometeus never disappointed me, quite the contrary - I've always been surprised by their prompt response and competence, and they have been proven trustworthy for a good amount of years already.
OVH is fine too in most cases. And obviously Hetzner.
geez, so many porn sites to pick from... let me think
Oh sorry you meant doctors who give me illegal prescriptions? I don't think I should share that.
@cheapwebdev Out in these parts, they're called Ford dealers.
To pick from? Where's your sense of adventure?
If you're treating this like porn, the only option is to click as many providers' links as possible, and as fast as possible. It may also enhance the pleasure to view many at once (compare).
doesn't look like they have cheap (LET style) prices anymore, am I right?
drserver/vikinglayer, hostus, hostsolutions.ro
@sandro you're correct about Prometeus: most of the "cheap" options down there are currently out of stock (and they have been for a while) and/or have been removed; something in their iwStack offering may still fall within LET's target. OTOH Hetzner's auctions easily fall within LET's range (less than USD$49/mo for dedi) and same applies for OVH (less than USD$7/mo for VPS).
That said, for the sake of fairness: They have gone to some length to keep both my VPS (old product range) and the low price over quite some years now.
I value that highly. They don't play games, they stick to what's agreed.
Linode, Dediserve, BuyVM
for how-to guides: digitalocean
for I-need-it-work: Ramnode
for I-want-fiddle-with-no-contract-and-dirt-cheap: Arubacloud
(I didn't test too many but I had some bad experiences with lots of downtime and high prices from a previous host)
Well, speaking of top 3 LET ones, I would note OnePoundWebHosting, BandwagonHost and InceptionHosting, for instance. I have been using them for years. Obviously, there are other good options out here.
