Well, their whole DNS seems to be down..

Makes sense :-). I only picked up on it as we see issues with some connectivity Customers who use 1.1.1.0/24 in their networks internally and then complain to us about issues reaching Cloudflare DNS..

If you use 'Cloudflare dns' then it does not matter where the server/vps is located.

What have you set up? Did you try online mail check? Did you wait for dns record to propagate?
