Now I have an IPv6 block that needs Reverse DNS
I tried to use dns.he.net

I can't add it to ripe, it prompts the following error

In addition, cloudns' paid package can support it.

Can anyone recommend some free Reverse DNS services ?

You have to add it to dns.he.net FIRST and THEN add the record to RIPE.
