As mentioned in this thread @avsisp might let you spoof if you contact him before ordering and there's also @MAXKO_Hosting 's Serbia VPS.

Well I think you're not a lucky one, but just someone who's happy with the current situation which seems to fit your purpose of the VPS.

I had a VPS from them a while back with the wrong storage – an HDD instead of an SSD/NVMe. This sounds similar to me.
