Looking for any high uptime server with at least 2TB trafic per month
Even potato hardware with 50Mbps would work. Just high uptime and a lot of traffic/bandwidth for a month and the server must not be located in Russia.
Not required but would be awesome if 25 port is also unlocked or can be unlocked without KYC by passport/selfie.
My budget is $4 per month

Not easy, you'd need a lot of luck to find something like that and I deeply hope you stay unlucky.
I guess you have no other option but to use a service specifically created for spammers but those do not come cheap and you might get cheated on. Spammers like you got a bad rep, serving you will require significant investment to bypass modern security measures.
You could give https://mzunguhosting.ml/ a try though
they are not in Russia, all ports are open and they are not blacklisted anywhere.
Huh? Why?
I think there is misunderstanding, I'm not a spammer. I just want to host my legitimate project where the hardware is located in my home and face of this project would work as a mirror from some VDS which I'm trying to find.
I mentioned 25 would be good, but not required, planned to use it for 2fa auth for users in it.
No need to shitpost and be so rude man
There's nothing rude about mzunguhosting, it is only a harmless joke.
I'm sorry for calling you a spammer but actively avoiding KYC is a red flag that suggests illicit activity.
It do be funny that suspiciousness starts at a normal baseline but I guess that's what you get if you can see the cooch of the next door chick for a fiver on the internet. I never, ever, at all, had to KYC myself anywhere to buying something. The only notable exception was my bank account, they do possess an ancient id card scan. The day someone wants it, I tell em to fuck off and I'm gone. Sending anything like that to anyone online is the most stupid thing you can do. Hell, I even managed to get my email port unlocked without that crap, lol.
The fact that you don't have to KYC yourself anywhere to buy something can only mean that the sellers already know enough about you.
What they need to know / should know about you depends on what they are selling.
Nah, avoiding KYC is a good way to avoid illicit activity such as identity theft.

We can open port 25 upon request.

Yeah, KYC is something i'll only do if a) my life more or less depends on the product and the company has a stellar reputation b) the company is legally required to collect my PI and has a stellar reputation. In the second case there's still a good chance that i decide to not need the product that much.
It is also the safest way to buy and sell illicitly.
Identity thieves hate KYC. All thieves hate it.
They love it and they hate it. They love it when it makes database breaches a lot more juicy.
Then I guess you should be more selective picking those who you deal with.
They love avoiding it, when it's not there it's easier to cover their ass.
KYC is pretty bad for them.
You mean like i should 100% stick to AWS, Hetzner, OVH and the random other big dog (as far as hosting is concerned)? Well, nah. Also how do you know how picky i am?
I use a few LET providers, not a single one contacted me with KYC issues. I suppose they already know enough, that's fine.
That's true and as far as i know i didn't claim anything else.
If they already know enough they don't need KYC.
And if you try to hide too much they become suspicious.
Dude, what are you debating me on?
You started it, you should know that better than me.
Well, that's nice.
It's neutral, neither nice nor rude.
Well, I avoid KYC like the plague and I'm not a criminal or a thief. I just don't like giving my official government documents to random low-end hosts from countries I couldn't even point to on a map.
You can not my stream in your stream, OK?
Hi
2TB is completely fine, we don't require KYC if you pay with Crypto payment.
The issue is your budget.
