Looking for any high uptime server with at least 2TB trafic per month
Even potato hardware with 50Mbps would work. Just high uptime and a lot of traffic/bandwidth for a month and the server must not be located in Russia.
Not required but would be awesome if 25 port is also unlocked or can be unlocked without KYC by passport/selfie.

Not easy, you'd need a lot of luck to find something like that and I deeply hope you stay unlucky.
I guess you have no other option but to use a service specifically created for spammers but those do not come cheap and you might get cheated on. Spammers like you got a bad rep, serving you will require significant investment to bypass modern security measures.

I think there is misunderstanding, I'm not a spammer. I just want to host my legitimate project where the hardware is located in my home and face of this project would work as a mirror from some VDS which I'm trying to find.
I mentioned 25 would be good, but not required, planned to use it for 2fa auth for users in it.
