If you use root, you can login to your vps. If you don't remember your root password, go to scp client area of netcup, chose your root vps, shut it down (in control, you press shutdown acpi) and then,

If this is a separate vps management panel, you should've received those login details as well. Go through all your mail from netcup carefully.

I don't think you find the same server specs with the similar price as netcup as in UK is more expensive, hardware, energy, network and no subsidisation from government like in France, Germany or USA.

i'm looking for a root server provider in England, something similar to netcup if any ?
