Considering that Google search complies with DMCA takedown notices of this type, I doubt you can really say that this is 100% legal.

I don't think they do. But I mean it's in Romania, and you rarely get DMCA'ed for anime and visual novels (my use case) anyway...

Do they have an AUP somewhere that says torrenting is allowed/dmca is ignored etc?
