As for the first screenshot, it is not clear why use multipath, the software RAID should be set up with mdadm. For the second one, there doesn't seem to be a crash, just the installation in progress.

Did you happen allow that port through your firewall? I'm getting a "connection refused" error when a request was made to that ip:port. I should be getting a 20x,30x, 40x or 50x erro
