There are a lot of providers in Russia that simply give 0 shits about dmca.

If this is your list that you're promoting, please update our information. We're DMCA ignored in Amsterdam, and likely one of the most privacy friendly options available.

I may ask @jsg @Maounique what you think about russia? I had recently read your feedback in Ukraine thread, what about using russia as hosting for dmca?
