For our VPN service we are looking for a cheap dedicated server with a 1 Gbps connection (traffic: max. 10TB/month) to which we can bring our own /24 subnet.

We have a low-end configuration available in Khabarovsk, Russia. Connectivity via Rostelecom, Transtelecom, MTS and Megafon are available. This location provides low latency to Japan (30ms).

I understand but at least it should be low end like might be from bangladesh, india, russia and eastern eu__???
