For our VPN service we are looking for a cheap dedicated server with a 1 Gbps connection (traffic: max. 10TB/month) to which we can bring our own /24 subnet.
If you have a cheap offer, please contact me via PM.
Thank you.

Where in Russia do you require? Also, do you keep logs?
As far as I remember, VPN is officially banned in Russia. And providers/operators which will provide VPN services will get a lot of fines. More here: https://glavred.info/world/513539-v-rossii-vveli-shtrafy-za-ispolzovanie-anonimayzerov-i-vpn-servisov.html
The server will mainly be used for our customers outside Russia.
We don't keep logs, that's why we would like to use our own /24 subnet as well as our ASN.
Nope, VPN never banned in Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries.
have you seen it in any tos?
@bookreader it's technically illegal but not enforced.
If someone sign something that not meant its started next morning.. or even started
@bookreader check on @Vova1234 service: abcvg.net
They have Russia location with Chipcore.
This is if the providers will not use the RKN base to ban IP/domains. How people used VPN, so will they use it.
RKN bans mostly different scam, casinos, dmca violation sites and other stuff.

Can you tell us your budget?
Yup, but once they banned localhost for a little while, so you never know.
