Germany is DMCA friendly country. So op must choose location like moldova, luxemburg to ignore DMCA, still they follow copyright notice.

I have one with them and use it for torrenting/seedbox with no DMCA notices or any suspension of service..

We're not DMCA ignored. Netherlands isn't DMCA friendly.
