I did not find much reviews on Wholesaleinternet on this forum so thought it might help if someone was looking for one about my own experience with them.

Wholesaleinternet has 16 core AMD servers for around $40, don't know how they would do for video encoding...

Had seen the WholeSaleInternet earlier, but was holding out hope. I'll just get that one, it's still a good price.
