Yes, you can renew it in advance. You have a button to Renew in the top of the VPS page, near the other buttons like stop, start, cancel, etc.

@ComputeBox has DTAG 3320 as their upstream in their Hamburg location. i ran a traceroute with one of their vps i use and it was around 30ms and routed through DTAG

I look for either DTAG - AS3320 - direct/singlehomed VPS/dedicated or someone with DTAG upstream and fair routing (not cost based, or at least route DTAG "customers" like HT via DTAG

I'd get VPS from leaseweb reseller but I'm concerned if they are able to access VPS?

We're email-friendly provider, we will email you every hour that port 25 is blocked so no emails from your vps. Does that work?

Looking for a fast and high-spec VPS in India

Provider longevity. Anyone can spin up a VPS host. A company operating since 2008 still standing is a decent signal. Check LowEndTalk archives for incident history.

if you really need a vps, go with @DediRock. if you need managed hosting, go with @NameBig. both are good options.

We have a reseller system with a full reseller panel, whmcs module, documentation and API. We have France and Poland and USA locations.
