That said the exception is being able to sell then in bulk so if you somehow have say a /19 or more of residential IP's you can probably sell them to gambling bot users and shoe buyers.

I don't know OP's provider, but Telus and Shaw's business accounts come from different IP pool than the residential ones. But I know Telus gives up to 5 IPv4 addresses on their biggest DSL packages in

Probably depends on ones expectations. Yours as a provider with fat upstream pipes are probably considerably higher than mine. 50 or 100 Mb/s is about the same as what higher end residential lines off
