I know Verizon use to have a Fiber network for residential use. I think the name was FIOS. Did they finally sell it off as well and go strictly mobile?

Another option would be an IPv6 tunnelbroker, but it's a game of luck whether those work for residential connections. Esp. if your ISP uses some cheap, proprietary router or CGNAT, you're doomed.

At this point I'm pretty sure that moving my stuff to old Raspberry Pi living at home on residential (gigabit but obviously consumer grade) connection would provide me more reliability XD

Not all residential connection have public IP address.. usually they are NATed

Depends how big the country. My residential IPs are all over the place, very precisely located, to little town level, even village, but it is actually wrong. I am yet to see a correctly located one.

It does indeed show as residential, although its unfortunately blacklisted by most streaming services :-(
