My client uses for mailing, there may be 1-2 spam complaints per month.
I don't tolerate spam. I can allow him as a customer, but if I get a ton of complaints, you can be assured it'll be terminated.
What spec wise you looking for?

and I agree, but this client has no problems with spam, maximum one to two complaints

Lol you're going to let him on just because he claims it'l be 1-2 complaints a month? By the time you get any spam reports, half your block is gonna be blacklisted and you'll be sitting there cleaning it up over $89.
I'll kick him out as a customer in the event that happens.

You won't find any provider (well, except in countries like Bosnia) which will let you spam without kicking you out.

... sending email.... I'd assume so, but it's all spam anyways, so probably not.
Well I know it would be spam so I dont wanna risk clean IPs on this deal however if he isn't worried about dirty ips I could give him 2x /26 with a E3 + 8GB + 500 gig sata for that price.

I think QuickPacket still have a few LET offers available with cheap IP's & professional and quick support. Can't recommend them enough.

Quickpacket is very tough on spam. His IPs will be nullrouted within a few hours.
