Datacenter Location is Los Angeles (Coresite LA2)

Reason for this is is because the /24 was only routed a couple of days ago.

Looking at how the download speed evolved I'd assume the problem isn't with Prometeus or vStoike. And I saw once more why I consider ntt lousy and wouldn't want any provider using them (other than for backup).

You are looking at the latency on the end hop. and it's not got any packetloss. That is common with Juniper Edge routers with IMCP Limitations.
