Why not get a PayPal Mastercard and use it for your Online.net account?
I wonder how do you imagine this will work: someone gives you their CC details, you enter those into your Online.net account and click the pay button?

Btw: OP can also use neteller.com for virtual credit cards. Just need to use a payment method that instantly charges the neteller account if you are in a hurry.

Get Payoneer Master Debit card. Load funds via Paypal withdrawal, use it anywhere. Just a minor load fees if you load via PP. $1 per hundred dollars.
