Need Vultr and DigitalOcean alternatives

Hi,
Can someone point out some Vultr and DigitalOcean alternative service providers. (I'm now using these two providers but need more)
I deed, I need to create many VPS a day, different US IP, I just use theme for about 2 hours. So I need:
- Hourly price (pay as you go)
- Create multiple VPS at the same time with different IP
FOR RESEARCHING PURPOSE.

RunAbove.com looks great. Unfortunately, I had to do a full registration/verification, just to find out that there are no USA location.

What about bash scripting, testing stuff? I know it may be so because today I'm creating my... 37th VPS. Since I need "clean os installs" for my bash script test.
You wouldn't really need new IP addresses for testing stuffs.

I'm a individual tester of a IT & Network solution service provider. So I need a lot of different IP (not new IP) just for testing and researching purpose. Every test script need under 1 hour to complete so I need hourly billing.
Linode is a good choice.
I'd recommend https://tiktalik.com/en/ as an alternative to DO and similar providers. They have hourly billing too and are quite inexpensive in comparison to their competitors.
Dediserve.com is a really solid alternative who offers a true cloud service.

what i would like to know is who can code the backend / or if there is an open source available to launch a VULTR like service with a few dozen dedis around the world ..
